Organisations and members

When you first sign in you create an organisation. It is the frame around your apps. Credit, invoices and the people allowed to work with them all hang off it. Being on your own is the normal case, the organisation is then simply named after you.

Inviting people#

  1. Open SettingsOrganisation.
  2. Enter an email address and pick a role.
  3. Invite. They get an email and land in the same organisation once they accept.

Owner everything, including changing roles and closing the organisation
Admin manage apps and settings, invite people
Member work with the apps

Note

Whoever is in the organisation sees its apps and can start, stop and delete them. Only invite people you trust with that.

Several organisations#

You can be in more than one, say one for yourself and one for the club. You switch in the account menu at the top right. Credit and invoices stay separate, every organisation has its own.

Account and sign-in#

Your account is independent of that. Under SettingsAccount you change name, email address and password, set up a second factor or a passkey, and see which devices you are signed in on.
